Dr V
Kumar is the ING Chair Professor of Marketing, and Executive
Director, ING Center for Financial Services in the School of
Business at the University of Connecticut.
Dr V Kumar’s
pioneering research on Customer Loyalty and Customer Lifetime
value has received attention worldwide. His research has been
widely published in premium journals such as the Journal of
Marketing, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Marketing Research,
Marketing Science, and Operations Research to name a few. Recently,
Dr Kumar was listed amongst the top 15 scholars in marketing
worldwide.
Dr V Kumar
also serves as a consultant for leading Fortune 500 corporations.
