creation and management of profitable long-term relationships with
customers with an emphasis on |

the use of information and communication technologies in
researching, selecting, entering and |

competing in global markets. The concepts and skills taught in the
concentration would place an |

emphasis on formulating and evaluating various business models for
strategic relationship |

marketing; acquiring and retaining profitable customers and use
multi-channel communications and |

appropriate marketing and innovation strategies for creating value
and enhanced customer |

satisfaction. |
