Teaching
  The ING Center will be associated with dissemination of knowledge related to Database Marketing,
  Customer Relationship Marketing, Sales Management and Marketing Intelligence to students
  and executives in financial services and other industries.
 
  Specifically, the Center will focus on creating knowledge from information. It would focus on the
  creation and management of profitable long-term relationships with customers with an emphasis on
  the use of information and communication technologies in researching, selecting, entering and
  competing in global markets. The concepts and skills taught in the concentration would place an
  emphasis on formulating and evaluating various business models for strategic relationship
  marketing; acquiring and retaining profitable customers and use multi-channel communications and
  appropriate marketing and innovation strategies for creating value and enhanced customer  
  satisfaction.
   
  The course will be offered at both the under graduate and the graduate level.
