           MKTG 320 : Customer Relationship Marketing
           The course introduces students to the concept of customer lifetime value and discusses various
           customer relationship forms that are appropriate for integrated marketing communications. The
           forms include Customer Relationship Marketing, Partner Relationship Marketing, Stakeholder
           Relationship Marketing, Employee Relationship Marketing. The emphasis is based on strategies and  
           tactics for creating, retaining and enhancing customer relationships in both the on-line and off-line
           channels. Further cross marketing strategies related to maximizing customer lifetime vale are
           emphasized. Business models are compared and contrasted for traditional channels as well as 
           world wide web.
