           MKTG 330 : New Product Management
           This course takes a "whole enterprise" approach to the management of innovation, based on the
           perspectives of product managers and a CEO. The course's primary objective is to  develop
           effective conceptual frameworks and analytical tools for managing innovation throughout the firm.
           Topics include the nature of innovation, how organizational and technical capabilities
           affect innovation, new product development processes, new product. sales forecasting and
           pioneering/first mover advantages.
